The hanging roller set produced by our company has flexible connection between the rollers. The roller set can be connected with rigid frame such as channel steel and steel pipe through the gripper, and can also be connected with the flexible frame of steel wire rope. The gripper can be rigid or flexible, and its structure is different, and the arc forming characteristics are different. The bearing roller is generally three to five sections, the more the number of sections, the better the flexibility, the better the arc.
Features:
1. Extremely neutral. There is a flexible connection between the rollers in the hanging roller set, and the conveyor belt and the materials on it can be automatically transferred to the conveyor line under the action of their own gravity under the unfavorable circumstances such as misalignment in the blanking process of the belt conveyor or the wide difference between the installation levels on both sides of the frame. And the more idlers in the idler set, the larger the slot Angle, the better the centering effect.
2. Impact resistance. The idlers of the hanging roller set are flexibly connected, and the relative position between the idlers is changeable, which is easy to absorb the inevitable mechanical vibration of the impact of large materials, and is suitable for conveying large materials.
3. Reducing noise is more environmentally friendly. Because it has the characteristics of absorbing mechanical vibration and shock, the transmission noise is reduced.
4. Easy to disassemble and install. The connection with the central frame (whether rigid or flexible) is connected, so it is easy to disassemble and more suitable for installation and use in narrow roadway space.
5. Isometric rollers adapt to a wide range of bandwidth. Such as 450mm roller, two sections can be strung into a V-shaped roller group; Three sections suitable for belt width 1000mm-1200mm; Four sections suitable for bandwidth 1400mm-1600mm; Five sections suitable for bandwidth 1800mm-2200mm; Six sections suitable for bandwidth 2400mm-2600mm.
6. High conveying capacity. There is a limit to the bending Angle of the conveyor belt. For conveyors with large conveyor capacity, the installation inclination Angle of the idler group through the fixed belt conveyor generally cannot exceed 45°, and the use of five-section hanging idler group, the idler can be tilted twice, and the total roll can reach more than 60°. The load-carrying capacity of hanging roller sets with the same bandwidth is greatly increased compared with fixed roller sets.
7. Rollers with the same roller diameter and shaft diameter have high service life. For the belt conveyor with large bandwidth, when the side roll groove Angle is 35°, the force on the middle roll is about 70%. Taking the bandwidth of 2200mm as an example, the service life of a common three-section roller set with a support frame is half shorter than that of a five-section hanging roller set with a medium roll length of 800mm.
